The Cards gave up 17 runs last night. Heck, even the Rams defense held their opponent to 16 points or less 4 times last year. Tonight, Danny Haren (1.58 ERA, 0.86 WHIP, stellar lumberjack beard) throws against the Birdinals in Oakland. Anything less than - say 17 runs - given up by Haren will be a piss-on-me-while-I'm-down reminder of how the Cards got cooked on the Mark Mulder deal.
